NEW Add to Cart Suggestions

When adding a part to the shopping cart from a BOM row, users may now view part Suggestions within the same step. Suggestions honor visibility and orderability rules, follow the "Enable Order Suggestions" setting, and are available in Widgets.

NEW Tenant Property - Orphaned Parts in Library

A new tenant-level option in Admin Center → System → Tenant Settings allows all non-deleted parts to be visible and searchable to all users in the Library - regardless of access controls. When enabled, this setting takes effect immediately and does not require reindexing.

NEW Headless REST Endpoints

GET Pages Where Used API: Returns all books that include the specified page, with support for filtering, pagination, sorting, and access controls.

GET Parts Where Used API: Returns all books and pages that reference the specified part, with support for filtering, pagination, sorting, and access controls.

GET Users API: Returns detailed information for a specified user.

GET Orders List API: Returns list of existing orders/quotes using filters and pagination.

DELETE Media API: Allows Publishers to delete Media.

DELETE Users API: Deletes an existing user.

NEW Translations - True Region-Code Support

Documoto now fully aligns with ISO 639-3 (language) and ISO 3166-1 (region) standards for locale codes. This update corrects existing mappings (ex. Norwegian “nn_NO” updated to “no-NO”, Serbian “sr_SP” updated to “sr-RS”), and adds new regional variants such as “en-GB”, “es-MX”, and “pt-BR”.

NEW Media Category Grouping in Search

A new tenant-level option in Admin Center → Library → Search Settings groups search bar results by Media Category (rather than Media Type). This setting is disabled by default.
