DocuLift introduces a new AI-assisted workflow that helps Publishers transform PDF parts manuals into Documoto content with significantly less manual effort.
Selecting a BOM row or hotpoint in the Library or Page Widget now auto-opens the part’s 2D thumbnail preview. Admins can turn this off in the “Auto-open Part Thumbnail Preview” Library setting, while users can still open thumbnails manually.
ENHANCED Page Builder Enhancements
→ White Shape Drawing Border: Added White as a preset and default border color in the Shape Drawing tool for faster illustration editing. → Collapsible Hotpoints BOM Columns: Publishers can now hide or show the Part Number and Name columns to maximize illustration workspace. → Keyboard Save Shortcut:Ctrl+S on Windows or Linux and Cmd+S on Mac now save changes from the BOM, Illustrations, and Hotpoints tabs. → Cleaner Validation Messages: Removed warnings for missing optional BOM item translation descriptions, making validation results easier to review. → Improved Manual Hotpointing: Resolved an issue where selecting item numbers containing 0 by keyboard could unexpectedly reset the illustration zoom.
