MAJOR UPDATE

Library Book Viewer BOM and TOC Enhancements

 → The Book Viewer TOC is now open by default initially and, on desktop, is displayed in its own dedicated panel beside the content viewer, eliminating overlap with the book content. TOC search has been refined to filter the list to matching pages only, and provide clearer match context - while keeping the current viewer state unchanged until a result is selected. >> LEARN MORE

→ BOM search has been improved so that only matching part rows remain visible when filtering, making results easier to scan and act on. Clicking a TOC search result still carries the context into the Book Viewer, now also highlighting text for document matches. Both TOC and BOM now support debounced search-as-you-type for faster, more fluid discovery. >> LEARN MORE

NEW Custom “No results found” Help Text (Search) 

 When global search returns zero results, the contextual search modal shows a “No results found” message that can be customized via Admin Center → Library → Labels.

ENHANCED  Feedback Icons More Visible in AI chatbot

 Thumbs up/down icons are now larger and use the tenant/org primary color to make feedback easier to find.

UPDATED  Part Creator Defaults 

 In the Part Creator UI, Orderable and Visible now default to true for newly created parts. 

UPDATED Job Manager: Import Type Filter

 Job Manager now includes an Import job type so bulk import jobs can be filtered separately from export and publishing activity. 

NEW Headless Admin: User Endpoints

→ GET Users List (Search): GET /admin/user/users/v1/search returns a paginated list of users matching query parameters.
Headless Library TOC endpoint enhanced
→ GET Book TOC: GET /library/media/v1/{id}/tocs now includes hasSecondaryPages for TOC items of type "page" to indicate whether secondary pages exist.
